Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. This means if you are subscribed for three months and want to change to monthly, this change will take effect at the end of your current 3-month subscriber period.

Yes, Guitar Clarity works on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. We recommend using a desktop so you have enough screen space to show all of the chord diagrams, related material and list of videos in a lesson. We recommend Chrome or Safari for the best experience.
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login page and following the instructions. Guitar Clarity uses Auth0 for security credentials and social logon integration.
Slow video loading is often due to internet speed. Ensure you have a stable connection and try lowering the video quality if needed. To do this, click the HD icon on the bottom right of the video.
